R&D management policy
From DEPURACIÓN DE AGUAS DEL MEDITERRÁNEO we are aware that the level of excellence, differentiation and competitiveness, as well as the continuous improvement in technology, is highly dependent on the activities of Research, Development and Technological Innovation we do, as well as on the meeting of customers and stakeholders’ expectations trough continued innovation and quality in the service.
As part of a strategic decision and meeting one of our principles, "to be a sustainable business model that, through innovation and development of new forms of management in environment care, understands the interests and address the needs of the communities in which the company operates”, DEPURACIÓN DE AGUAS DEL MEDITERRÁNEO establish the current policy of R&D and Innovation by which we are committed to:
Developing and implementing a management system for R & D and Innovation appropriate for the organization and consistent with the principles established in the UNE 166002:2006, adopting measures to continually improve its effectiveness

Providing trough the mentioned Management System for R & D and Innovation a framework in the organization for setting targets for R & D and Innovation, searching for their implementation and reviewing them periodically.

Ensuring the availability of resources for achieving the objectives of R & D and Innovation projects and meeting and discussing the latest technological advances in the industry in which we operate

Promoting actions that enhance the reflection within the main areas of activity of the organization to identify new ideas that enable the development of new products, processes and / or services

Fostering in the field of R & D and Innovation cooperation with external entities that provide knowledge, methodologies and resources
The Head of R & D and Innovation has the necessary authority to achieve the development and implementation of this policy.
By publishing this document and any subsequent revision, which is available to any stakeholder, Policy R & D and Innovation, is made known, both internally and externally.
