Risk prevention management work is also integrated into the system of corporate management, together with quality of the environment. One of the main objectives of DAM is to monitor the safety and health of their workers, based on existing legislation and the experience gained over the years.
In order to carry out preventive action, DAM has chosen an External Prevention Service with four objectives: work health, work safety, industrial hygiene & ergonomics and applied social psychology.
We continuously introduce training courses, renew collective and individual security equipment, review the security measures of our facilities, and establish protocols etc…
